Teilnahmebedingungen/Konditionen/Rücktritt

Um zu vermeiden nach dem Workshop pleite zu sein, haben die Veranstalter folgende Regeln aufgestellt:

1. Falls notwendig hat der Veranstalter das Recht den Workshop abzusagen. Im Falle einer Absage des Workshops erhältst du dein Geld vollständig zurück.
2. Der Veranstalter ist nicht verantwortlich für den Verlust von Gegenständen oder Verletzungen während des „Black Forest Hop“ Workshops.
3. Du kannst jederzeit einen Ersatz suchen, der deine Workshop-Anmeldung übernimmt. Dafür fallen keine Bearbeitungsgebühren an. Followers, falls euer Leader seine Anmeldung zurückzieht, kann es passieren, dass eure Anmeldung storniert werden muss um ein ausgeglichenes L/F Verhältnis zu bewahren. Wir wollen „pseudo-“ Partner Anmeldung damit vermeiden.
4. Wenn du deine Workshop-Anmeldung aus irgendwelchen Gründen vor dem 1. April 2012 kündigst, berechnen wir Bearbeitungsgebühren in Höhe von 10 €.
5. Wenn du deine Workshop-Anmeldung aus irgendwelchen Gründen zwischen 1. April 2012 und 15. April 2012 kündigst, berechnen wir 50 % des Workshop-Preises.
6. Für Rücktritte nach dem 15. April 2012 können keine Erstattungen der Workshop-Gebühren gewährt werden.
7. Jede Anmeldung ist bindend. Abweichend davon, kann die Anmeldung für die Workshops auf eine andere Person übertragen werden. Darüber hinaus ist es unter den oben genannten Konditionen möglich die Anmeldung zu stornieren. Dabei fallen in Abhängigkeit des Zeitraumes die oben aufgeführten Rücktrittsgebühren an.
8. Mit deiner Anmeldung akzeptierst du diese Regeln und Konditionen.

Terms / Conditions / Cancellations

To avoid ending up bankrupt, the event organizers aligned the following rules:

1. The organizers reserve the right to cancel the workshop, if need be. In case of a cancellation you will receive a full reimbursement.
2. The organizers cannot be held liable for lost property or injuries incurred at the “Black Forest Hop″ workshop.
3. You can always find a replacement taking your spot, according to your role (Lead/Follow). That service will be free. Followers, if your leader cancels his registration, maybe we will have to cancel your registration too. This is to avoid leaders who book a spot with a follower and then don’t show up.
4. If you cancel your booking for any reason before April 1st 2012 there is a 10 € cancellation fee.
5. If you cancel your booking for any reason between April 1st 2012 and April 15th 2012 there is a 50 % cancellation fee.
6. For cancellations after April 15th 2012, no refunds can be granted.
7. All registrations are binding and oblige acceptance and payment. Despite this we allow you to transfer your workshop registration to another person without any fees. We also offer the cancellation of your registration. The above mentioned cancellation fees apply according to the date of your cancellation.
8. With your registration you accept these terms and policies.
